The Beginning

  this is to go with  THE STORY OF SOULS
this story may have already been told,
but i'll say it again, honest and bold,
in the time of the lands of old
before the harsh and bitter cold,
where there was laughter and gold,
yet we neither bought or sold,
come, hear the story of the ages
as told by a couple of sages,
it begins with powerful mages
and ends with silly fools in cages;
so let's flip the script around,
and tell you the up and down,
black or white or any other,
like a sister or a brother,
this consciousness we share together,
where we live forever,
comes together on this plain,
while the moon begins to wane,
and the pending sun awaits,
for when the soul awakes,
to transcend both night and day,
